3D Ground Scan

OKM is renowned for its advanced 3D imaging detection technology, meticulously developed and engineered in Germany. The 3D Ground Scan is one of the most powerful modes, capable of detecting target objects as deep as 18 meters (60 feet) underground.

Thanks to its compact probe, the Delta Ranger excels at horizontal wall measurements, revealing hidden rooms, corridors, and potential treasure locations behind walls by detecting subtle temperature variations.

Additionally, the Delta Ranger can be used vertically, similar to the 3D Ground Scan, to locate underground cavities, chambers, and tunnels, giving treasure hunters a comprehensive tool for exploring both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Thermo Stream

The Thermo Stream operating mode leverages a live camera feed as the background, overlaid with a false color scheme to simplify the visualization of temperature differences. By properly calibrating the crosshair before measurement, treasure hunters can accurately determine the surface temperature of objects and surfaces with pinpoint accuracy.

Key features of Thermo Stream include:

• Simplified color point cloud representing temperature variations on the camera image
• A pointer on the temperature scale for easy temperature reference
• Surface temperature displayed in °Celsius or °Fahrenheit

This mode allows for precise thermal imaging, making it easier to detect hidden objects and underground anomalies based on temperature shifts.

Thermography commonly uses color associations familiar in everyday products, like a thermostat or faucet: blue represents cold, while red signifies warmth.

However, in scientific applications, false color schemes (also known as pseudo-color schemes) are preferred. These schemes deviate from natural colors to highlight subtle temperature differences, making fine nuances more visible and distinguishable.
