Following its successful European run, the OKM Roadshow made a stop in Southeast Asia at its trusted dealer in the Philippines, Vourvon Electronica Corporation. From October 16 – 18, 2025, this event drew treasure hunters and enthusiasts for hands-on demos, expert training, and a chance to win prizes like the OKM Fortuna XELA.
Introduction to EMSR: Insights from an Expert on 3D Ground Scanners
On the first day, VEC and OKM expert Mr. Frank Casser warmly welcomed groups of treasure hunters who had integrated the Electromagnetic Signature Reading (EMSR) capabilities of OKM 3D Ground Scanners into their treasure hunting adventures. To start, Mr. Frank gathered insights from the participants about their understanding of the technology, particularly focusing on the Rover and Fusion series equipment. After listening attentively, he addressed a common challenge faced by many—how to accurately interpret the scan results produced by these ground scanners, a topic that all guests found extremely valuable.
Following this, Mr. Frank presented tutorials designed to enhance the participants’ ability to read and analyze scan outputs more effectively. He then highlighted the features and applications of the eXp 6000 Professional, emphasizing its best uses for treasure hunting. Later in the day, he offered personalized one-on-one consultations with smaller groups who brought their own scan results, including those obtained from the Rover C2. During these sessions, he explained the meaning behind various deviations in the data and shared tips on how to maximize the full potential of their equipment.

After focusing on 3D ground scanners on day one, VEC and OKM shifted the spotlight to the Gepard GPR 3D on day two. The event drew an even larger crowd from across the Philippines, including Vernon Twyman, founder and CEO of Ventures 7000—a company dedicated to funding humanitarian projects through treasure recovery efforts. The atmosphere was charged with insightful exchanges about the versatility of this innovation.
Mr. Frank emphasized that the Gepard GPR 3D’s capabilities also extend far beyond treasure hunting. This advanced technology plays a crucial role in major industries like construction and infrastructure development. Another guest, who has collaborated with multiple companies using the Gepard GPR 3D in their projects, confirmed that OKM’s machinery is truly ahead of its time.

On the third and final day of the Roadshow, the OKM and participants filled the main showroom at Vourvon Electronica. He began with best practices for OKM products, guiding guests through live demonstrations in a relatable residential setting. This approach helped everyone grasp how to interpret scan results amid common interferences, like those from construction sites—perfect for participants who conduct in similar environments.
Building on the interaction, Mr. Frank showcased real-time scans with various units. Guests tuned in closely, learning to counter environmental factors and read deviations accurately. These demos bridged theory and practice, empowering treasure hunters to refine their skills on the spot.
